*BEER INFO*

We have a little announcement…….We have heard MANY times

“My _____ doesn’t drink wine, can they bring in beer?” and we’ve always had to say no……until NOW!! We are going to allow coolers in with can or bottled beer ONLY!!

How will this work?

  1. You will check your cooler into the tasting room for a $25 fee
  2. Your cooler will be labeled with your name, and you will be given X amount of tickets for the amount of beers that are in your cooler.
  3. When you need a beer, you will exchange it for one of your tickets.
  4. After the concert, pick up your cooler.

THE RULES:

1) No more than nine beers per person (ensure you stay under the TABC guidline of no more than two or three drinks per hour depending on weight)

2) No more than eighteen (18) beers in one cooler – two people.  Coolers with more than 18 beers in it are subject to a second fee of $25.00.

3) Upon cooler check in, all beer drinkers from said cooler must show ID and sign in.  Then each will be given a special wrist band designating that you have checked in.  All beer drinkers must sign in and have wristband or cannot drink beer on the property.
